June Chan
June has over 30 years of successful
experience as a Human Resource Consultant & Coach including
organizational change, career planning, leadership
development & training in multi national companies. Her
industrial experiences were acquired via a varied industries ranging
from telecommunications, manufacturing, services & transportation.
Her unique strengths lie in applying her knowledge of organization
dynamics to people development and productivity
improvement. Being among the first batch of successfully
trained facilitators for 360° coaching in Asia Pacific, she
single handedly launched the Motorola 360 leadership program for
all senior managers in the Personal Communications Sector South Asia
group of Motorola.

has over 20 years of business consultancy,
training and business coaching.
His most recent projects include
organizational development with a major Malaysian F&B
manufacturer and business process improvement with a training
service provider. Ming Tay has conducted training in competency
modelling and web-based software applications in an F&B
manufacturing firm. He participated in a local radio programme on
life coaching in Jun 2011 and commented on a global job

Moses
has over 30 years of people development and
leadership training. He is the co-developer of Marks of a
Champion©, a peak performance program incorporating core
competencies and emotional intelligence all over
Asia Pacific and developer of Management Adventure Program
which is designed to empower managers and business leaders to
achieve peak leadership performance. He is a certified Core Coach; a
framework in providing life and executive coaching.
Jennifer Soohu
Jennifer has 22 years of
experience as a Human Resource professional with Motorola.
She has worked in the different business sectors including
manufacturing, corporate functions as well as
centres of excellence including rewards, talent
acquisition, employee services and talent management. She was
the Senior Manager, Talent Management covering Asia Pacific
with Motorola. She was involved in talent
reviews and succession planning resulting in 50% increase in
successor readiness. 360 degree feedback and coaching including
close follow-up on development plans of talents was
key in accelerating their readiness for
future positions.
Joe Hui
Joe has over 30 years of certified business and
management consultancy. He has assessed companies across a wide
spectrum of industries such as finance, manufacturing, oil & gas,
education, transport and logistics, software, and statutory boards
among others for Singapore Quality Award, Service class,
People Developer and SQC certifications. Passionate and
committed to changing behaviours, he delivers organisation and
leadership development programmes and solutions across Asia Pacific
region. He has coached managers and executives in career and
professional development, provide ongoing support to heads of
departments in performance oriented activities and coached
under-performing managers over a six-month period.
