Peter Ward

Peter has pursued a career mainly in the automotive and retailing industries. He has held a variety of Personnel and Training positions. During the last five years he has specialized in leading the development work of 360° feedback and appraisal. He has led several major assignments for large European organizations on this subject and has had his book 360-Degree Feedback published by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

 

John Dutton

John originally qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant. His particular area of specialization is the improvement of individual and group effectiveness via more systematic problem solving, decision making and business planning processes. His background enables him to offer clients an unusual combination of commercial management skills and insights into people issues.

 

Simon Haben

Simon specializes in managing large organizational development and project management programs, providing developmental strategies, change management, facilitation and coaching. His role involves feedback on 360° and a variety of other developmental instruments, advising on and achieving change, implementation of projects, facilitating working groups, counselling managers, running training courses and directing meetings off-site.

 

Stephen Halliday

Stephen is a Chartered Statistician working mainly in manufacturing industries. His passion for quality improvement has led companies to achieve improved delivery performance, reduced returns and to develop better processes. He has used the Business Excellence model to identify areas for improvement for manufacturing and service-based organizations.

 

Steen Pedersen

Steen has worked as management consultant since 1977. Through his great interest in people, Steen specializes in areas of management and organizational development, people skills, facilitation, train the trainer and coaching of high performing teams and performance management programs in medium to large size organizations. Steen has worked intensively with 360° Feedback since 1993 and has implemented solutions into many organizations throughout all three Scandinavian countries as well as in US. Steen is fluent in Danish, English and Swedish.
 

Ken Nowack

Ken is a licensed psychologist and Executive Director of OPD, and specialises in 360-degree feedback, coaching, personnel assessment and career development. Ken has over twenty years experience in the development and validation of assessment instruments and organizational surveys. He has developed extensive 360-degree feedback, personnel selection, succession planning, performance appraisal, and human resources training programs for clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

 

Fiona Beddoes-Jones

Fiona is a learning and development consultant and author of Thinking Styles. Fiona is an active member of the CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), and sits on the Lincolnshire branch committee. She is also a past committee member of SEAL (The Society for Effective and Affective Learning). Fiona's commitment to individual and organizational learning and the transfer of thinking skills to education is one of the reasons she founded the charitable trust "Thinking Styles in Education", of which she is a Director and Trustee. Fiona divides her time between running workshops on Thinking Styles, coaching clients, consultancy, speaking at conferences and product development.
