He is regarded as a Master Trainer who accredits organisations on the use and interpretation on both Facet5 and the DISC Personality Profiling. He also accredits organisations on the 360 Degree Feedback instruments, and Career Profile Inventory. He is presently an MSc. candidate in Organisational Psychology with the University of London.
