Behaviour Job Performance Benchmarking
In most recruitment exercises emphasis has been placed on the skills, education, training and work experience of candidates as being the criteria for successful recruitment practices. However there has been an increased focus on the attitudes and behaviour that candidates bring to the organization and the ability of the organization to coach and motivate them to achieve their maximum potential. One of the most basic yet important task is to benchmark behaviour work performance if we were to be successful in nurturing a performance oriented culture driven by a passion to maximize human capital.
