The EFQ is a 360º feedback assessment tool which enables organizations to measure an individual's influence and effectiveness with others. Executives and individuals with or without
management responsibilities can use this tool.
The primary objectives of the EFQ are to develop awareness of an individual's relative influence and effectiveness with others and to develop a plan for working more effectively
with others.
The EFQ measures 57 items and two open ended questions which are covered in the three
major areas of:
- Task Skills
- People Skills
- Technical Competence
This tool enables an individual to
analyze and process feedback, understand the consequence
of their behavior and identify what can be done differently.
