communication skills for all individuals at any level of an
organization. It can identify areas for improvement in the way that a
person interacts with others. It measures five main
competences using a concise 28 item questionnaire:
- Listening
- Seeking and giving feedback
- Understanding others
- Influencing and relating
- Oral and written
