The CEQ is a short questionnaire, which concentrates on the vital business area of communication. It focuses purely on methods of communication and can help in evaluation and improvement processes

This tool can be used to develop communication skills for all individuals at any level of an organization. It can identify areas for improvement in the way that a person interacts with others. It measures five main competences using a concise 28 item questionnaire:

  • Seeking and giving feedback
  • Understanding others
  • Influencing and relating
  • Oral and written
