Our ReportViewer360 software allows feedback of results to individuals via software running on a laptop or PC. Facilitators providing feedback have the ability to bring up results in a staged process. For example showing the self scores for comment first, before that of team members, seniors or colleagues and then drilling down into the factors under each competency.

ReportViewer360 also allows the ability to show range of response and also highlight the bottom 5 scores (development needs) and top 5 results.

The ReportViewer360 software will be available for customized 360 projects set-up by consultingtools in addition to our standard off-the-shelf tools.
